    These guys destroyed my dresser, scratched my bed and another dresser, damaged my wood stairs case, and damaged the drywall at both the pickup and drop off houses. The estimate was for 3 hours to move 11 pieces of furniture and it took over 8 hours and the charges were at an hourly rate. I put a claim in for my damages and they only reimbursed $234 when one of the damaged dressers cost $663 to replace. They reimburse at $.60 a poundâ ¦.I also asked about the estimate being off by so much and they said that can happen but no financial consideration was given.

    They came to do the move and told me that they could not move boxes that were not sealed. I commented that they did not tell me that ahead of time. I also stated that the truck was so large that they would not have to stack those boxes. This made the driver mad and he refused to do the move. He unloaded boxes from the truck and said to his boss there is too much tension here. I am not going to move this person. He up and left me high and dry. I was told by two other parties that they had similar experience with this company. There is no customer service any more!! I will caution other people about this company.

    Great! Got things done quick and seamless. Only thing I’d say is mark boxes so when moving into new home can put boxes in correct rooms

    There quote dont match there pricing. I was told $ 179. 00 per Hr. They worked 4 hrs. no over time. They charged me around $345.00 per hour.

    What a rip-off! We were moving my disabled sons items from his apartment. I described where the apartment was located but the first truck was too large to make the turn into the parking area. They sent it away to find a smaller vehicle. The three movers originally scheduled dropped down to two and it took over five hours to find a replacement truck? The movers did not pack and move everything but they sure wanted to charge me a high price! My stuff was held hostage until I paid. Then they did not want to take a check. What was to only take about two to three hours ended up as a seven-hour ordeal! My family had to end up packing and driving the rest to the storage unit. Never again using this company.

    Quite a bit of damage to some important pieces. Foot of a cedar chest was broken off and then damage was hidden when chest was placed in the room. Mattress was shredded (including large pieces of wood chips that presumably did the shredding still embedded in the mattress). One of the three workers was friendly and professional. One was sullen. The third (lead) was indifferent.

    Packing was inconsistent. Some thing were packed beautifully and other things not so well, resulting in some damage.
