Bath Tune-Up of Columbus

Josh did a wonderful job from start to finish. He listened to my requests and offered his expertise to ensure the project went smoothly while delivering my vision. I absolutely love my new ensuite bathroom, especially the heated floors!

We had a great experience working with Kitchen Tune-Up Columbus to renovate our kitchen in the fall of 2022. This was a complete tear-down to the studs, new cabinets, countertops, floating shelves, backsplash, and appliances. Communication was stellar from the start and throughout the project, which more than met and actually exceeded our expectations based on previous experiences hiring contractors, etc. They provided clear timelines regarding demolition, plumbing, electrical, and other aspects of the scheduling throughout the project. When there was a small hiccup (Kitchen Tune-Up was not at fault) they worked with us to quickly and satisfactorily resolve. Lastly, besides the overall quality and finish of the work, which is fantastic, we were extremely happy with the contractors and vendors they worked with for various aspects. Everyone was exceptionally professional, and the craftsmanship of the floating shelves were beyond our expectations.

Kitchen Tune-Up did an amazing job helping us pick our cabinets including our perfect custom blue color. They were supportive of our design choices, but also provided alternatives which was very much appreciated. I have never designed a kitchen so their input was very valuable and I did not need someone just agreeing with me. The installation of the cabinets and the demolition of our original cabinets was done incredibly quickly and professionally. Vishal our contractor even did some clean-up at the end of every day, and he would contact us when he was coming and if he was unable to on any day. The soffit removal in our kitchen has made a huge difference in the openness and the widening of our doorways has made the whole first floor feel more modern. Our tile contractor did an amazing job as we did ceramic tiles from countertop to ceiling. I can't believe how perfect it looks and truly appreciate now the effort it takes to get that correct. Rita was an amazing contact and always kept us informed of timelines and when things would be completed. We never minded any delays as they would tell us ahead of time about any backorders and were upfront about installations. Loved everything about them and the people were really a pleasure to work with. My only suggestion to them was to update their invoicing system as it can be difficult to track what was already paid and what was still outstanding, but this would need to be fixed at a corporate level. We were very pleased with the overall job that Kitchen Tune up did with our kitchen cabinet refacing project in late 2022. Sheri Knapke was excellent to work with, and really was consultative in the process bringing excellent insights and recommendations that enhanced our experience and general satisfaction with the end product. I would say that the team at kitchen tune up as a whole from Sheri, to Rita, to the installers were focused on extending excellent customer service with good communication and attention to quality and detail. I would personally use them again, and refer them to friends which I believe is the highest compliment.

Great customer service and team. Sheri is an awesome designer. Vasil is a fine craftsman. Jon stays on top of the projects and Rita manages the finances. They've got a wonderful team of people. We got cabinets in Blue Lagoon. The color looks great but I would recommend going with a lighter color because when it shipped, it got scratched in a few minor but noticable places. Also because it is not a common color, they had to contact cabinet distributor, who only provided the paint in spray cans. It does take a while for the cabinets to arrive and then a bit longer for work to begin. The cabinets are high quality. For the countertops, they work with Konkus. We purchased mid-high range granite. We also purchased our farmhouse sink from them. It's expensive but worth it. I want to hire them again for our bathrooms!
