I hired Cardinal Lawn in 2018 for full lawn service. Did not really see a lot of difference and when they called to renew, they promise a difference in lawn for 2019 season. I paid again and started season 2019 service. For the first couple of applications they seemed to be good and no issues. On the 4th application lawn started to show burn marks the next day about every 6 ft. Called and talked to the manager to get resolution and no apologies. Said it was due to sun and lawn mowing but between the two days no mowing occurred. They did not even come out and look at it. Next application came a month later and what a joke. I have ring cameras in both back and front yard. I live in a court so my front lawn in much smaller than back. The tech spent 5 minutes up front spreading the fertilizer while the back what done in 2 minutes. Total time at my house was 10 minutes from pull up to leaving. Called the manager, he transferred wife directly to the technician and what difficult situation to be in which the manager chose not to deal with. I called back, pissed, and talk to the manager offering the video of his tech to help gage resolution and his comment was you are not helping yourself . What a joke this management is and never had someone talk to me like that. Resolution was a two week wait so they want burn the grass and sent the same technician out. Funny thing my wife walked the lawn with him to make sure we get what we paid for. Looked at my old ring camera dates they were out and found the same crap while we were not home of a 5 minute job on a .4 acre lot with clumping drops. Terrible service and management. They actually called this season several times and said it would never happen again. I wasn t going to write a review at all but the six call saying they are coming out without us electing service and switching companies was the last straw. I am a real person living in Pickerington and if someone wants to see videos I have them starred and saved. Oh one other thing, they only wait 1 minute ringing the door bell if you keep your gates locked. That was a normal thing seeing them leave even if my wife was home and answered the door within 2 minutes.

Paid 500 dollars and never received any service and they have been dishonest about returning our money.
