Both Doug’s were great to work with from start to finish. This is the biggest project I have had done and they did an amazing job on communication through out the whole project. The workers were very polite and respected my property and did an amazing job cleaning everything up.

Doug worked with us to create a special order sliding glass patio door for our unique color requirement. The installation was quick and clean. Workers were polite and left the work area clean after they completed the job. We noticed the door needed a small adjustment a few days after it was installed, so I called to see somebody could take a look at it. They arrived a couple days later and resolved the problem. The office staff was friendly and polite but we had to initiate all follow up calls after due dates had passed.

Trying to select a company for new windows is a daunting process. My elderly mother was very uneasy and unsure about the entire process, but then we were fortunate enough to find Columbus Windows and Siding. Doug, the owner, not only consulted with us personally on the new windows, but helped us navigate a prior experience with another contractor that had gone sour. That showed us immediately the care and concern that Doug has for his customers. The pricing he gave us on the windows was competitive, and the service his company provided was absolutely excellent. The job was done on time, the quality of work was superb, and the site left cleaner than they found it. I wholeheartedly recommend Columbus Window and Siding to anyone that asks. This company was very thorough and professional, available for questions, hard working crew and keep the area clean and clean while completing the job. Their price point was reasonable and worth it! New siding, gutters, downspouts and shutters! They had a referral to get our front porch rebuilt too! Doug Bond was very responsive to our needs!
