Great service from initial point of contact through completion of wood floor installation. We had 3 rooms that were carpeted replaced with wood floor. Joel Ocha was very professional from start to finish, kudos to him and his team. I definitely would use this service again, and that may be sooner than later. Joel, keep up the great work!

Joel was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was able to find an exact match to my existing flooring that had been discontinued and came very quickly to give me a fair estimate for my living room and upstairs hallway. We quickly arranged delivery of the flooring and installation only to be halted by defective flooring (not at all Joel's fault). Even while on vacation out of the country Joel worked with me and the flooring distributor to get us new non-defective flooring installed within 1 week! The flooring looks absolutely amazing and the customer service I received was top-notch. I honestly cannot say enough positive words to describe how great Joel and his company are. I would 100% recommend working with them and plan to use this company for my future flooring needs!

Joel Ocha and his installers did an excellent job from start to finish. We had installed some hardwood 10 years ago and wanted to finish off two more rooms with the same hardwood flooring. We found it was no longer made in the size we had. Joel went out of his way to find an alternate material that was a great match. His people arrived on time and finished the job in one day. They did an outstanding job of mating the new hardwood to the old hardwood. You could not tell the entire job had not been done at one time. As the remnants left at the end of the job were very small, Joel ordered us another box so that we would have some extra pieces should the need ever arise to replace a piece. Joel and his people were just great.
