We had a mold issue in our attic, and we were initially left high and dry by another service provider. I hopped on Google to find someone else and found Dryn3 Guaranteed. From our first interaction, it was evident that he was dedicated and professional. Unlike our previous experience with the other company, Jon responded promptly to our call and demonstrated genuine concern for our situation. I was so grateful he was willing to travel outside of Columbus for us. After he treated it, our mold problem was gone and the wood in the attic looked brand new. What particularly impressed us was Jon's transparency in pricing, coupled with the high quality of work he delivered. He sent us a very thorough estimate that outlined everything he would be doing. It was very helpful to see what specifically the cost was going to. Throughout the process, he consistently kept us updated, even going the extra mile by providing detailed before-and-after photos. If you need mold remediation services, Jon is an excellent choice. His combination of professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for his clients makes him a stand out choice. We wholeheartedly recommend his services.
