The ratings would have been higher except for some customer service snafus. They charged our credit card early and did not come at the time first promised. The person who came to our house was knowledgeable about mice infestation and seem to be doing the right things to eliminate the infestation.

I am asking that you cancel the service effective 6/01/2018. I have contacted Ehrlich on several occasions. When I first started the service the tech was to be at my home between 7 Am and noon the first day. He never showed nor did anyone call that day. Later I contacted you to find out what was going on you called them to have someone get in touch with me. They called and told me they could come out but did not have the pressure tool to do the outside and they would get back to me with a new schedule which no one did. I contacted you again and someone came out but they did not feel they could do the outside because they did not have the "granules". Someone found some at the bottom of something and finally the tech came and put some gel around where I showed him where we saw the ants. He then put some granules around the outside of the house. He just asked us where we saw the ants. He never inspected the house to see if he could find any nests or any other pests. We now have the ants back again. How do I know they are back they were back in our cabinet and two just walked across my keyboard while I am typing this. I notified you twice this week both by E-mail and by phone. I left a message and no one has answered either my E-mail or my phone message. Please do not do any further billing. I feel a full or partial refund is in order.

They tried 3 times to rid us of a chipmunk/mouse problem we still have a plethora of chipmunks who dig far more holes than needed while CVH we fill weekly.
