Erie Home Basement Solutions was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was on time, and always polite and courteous throughout this process. This is extremely hard work and they continued to always have a smile on their face and answer any questions I had. They worked diligently to complete the project on time and fulfilled all aspects of the contract. Actually, they went above and beyond to make sure I was pleased with their service, which is unusual in todayâ s work culture. I would highly recommend this company for your basement waterproofing needs.

Erie home made waterproofing our crawlspace so easy! We have now endured heavy spring rains and zero water has come in. We can see the sump pump sending water out just like it should! They also added storage space to our house because the encapsulation is so nice and clean! Well worth the money.

Donâ  t waste your money or time we have had our basement now dug up twice they company had been to our home 5 times and our basement is still leaking water bad every time we call we get the run around this was suppose to be a 3 day job weâ  re going in our 4 month and the basement still isnâ  t water proof . We live in Columbus Ohio and weâ  re 7 mins from the office and canâ  t ever talk to anyone or get anyone to fix the problem it had been a trrrivke experience the lady Josie in the Columbus office said she was going to call and get my husband for harassment when all my husband was doing was calling everyday trying to get the problem solved sheâ  s very rude and make the company look worst then what they already are I wouldnâ  t not recommend they place to anyone it was been the worst experience of our life I will be leavening a bad review everyday until our basement is fixed you would think spending 30,000$ they could get the job right the first time!! Like I said they have totally re dug our basement now 2 times and a total of 5 times weâ  ve let this company in our home and still have alot of water coming into our home itâ  s been bad business all the way around all of the upper management in this company is a joke and r have been dealing with a guy out of new York since no one in the Columbus office seems to want to do there jobs needless to say weâ  re over it save your money and go to another company this place is a joke maybe now that weâ  re or ainâ  t bad reviews they will want to address the problem
