Exterior Tech and team did an absolutely FABULOUS job re-siding my house. Their price was competitive and the quality of work was superior. Their lead contact (Walter) was always in communications with myself, visited the job frequently and was quite responsive throughout the process. Exterior Tech's on-site foreman (Jose) had a knack for attention to detail and all workers at the house took a high degree of pride in their workmanship. Being a mechanical engineer myself and have managed LARGE industrial projects, I was nervous in hiring anyone to re-side my house; however, I came to truly trust the Exterior Tech team and would definitely hire them again.

Walter and his team replaced my windows and installed hardie fiber cement siding. The place went from an eyesore to looking amazing in a week! Not only did they do quality work but at a VERY fair price compared to other companies I contacted. The other reason I highly recommend Walter and Exterior Tech is you can trust them. He always answered my calls and called me to make sure I was aware of everything happening in the time leading up to the work and during the work. You wont have to worry about giving your deposit to someone you found on the internet and not hearing from them again. There were some unforeseen problems they found after removing my old siding and they didnt make a big deal and try to charge me a bunch more money. They took care of the issues at only a minimal additional cost to me. Many companies would either cover up the problems like they weren't there or slam you with extra charges you didnt budget for. Responded quickly. Scheduled quickly. Work was done quickly. Very professional from start to finish. Great communication from day 1 to following up after the job was done. They removed Cyprus siding and replaced it with Hardy Board siding on the front of my house. Great job, my house looks amazing.

They were very well organized and did an excellent job. They were hard workers and even with some of the bad weather we had they were still on the job site. When they left the job site when the work was finished they did a perfect clean up. I would have him come back any time. He was called back multiple times to make sure there are no issues or problems that he needs to address.
