Organizing the quote was simple and quick - the estimate was received at the same time as the company visited the home the first time. Scheduling was straightforward. Within 3 weeks of accepting the quote, work started. The crew was respectful, as quiet as is possible when removing an old backsplash, and exceptionally hardworking. Our backsplash was done beautifully in about 7 hours. Owner checked in on the work once during the day, and followed up a few days after was completed to ensure we were happy with the job. I will definitely consider them again for future projects. This company was not the lowest quote, but was close to it.

We had a very good experience with this vendor. Schedules were prompt and adhered to expected timing. Financing was available and we used this financing. Quality of workmanship was absolutely superb. Workers arrived on time, as scheduled, with the proper materials. High-level skill sets were obvious. Work was completed on time, as scheduled. Customer service response to resolve anomalies discovered during installation was outstanding. I would recommend this vendor to anyone wishing to install flooring. This event covered all floors in a 3,500 sq ft home with 3/4" hardwood flooring; This new flooring replaced carpet that was installed in 1977.

Matt and Joe were incredible to work with from initial contact to final installation. They were quick to respond to communications and were helpful in making suggestions on color and design. We ran into some issues with the installation and weren't completely satisfied with the work. Both Matt and Joe responded quickly and solved the problem. We know things don't always go according to plan when it comes to home projects. What impressed us was how the Flooring International team responded to the issue in a timely manner and. made sure we were 100 percent happy with the finished project. I believe this is a team that wants to focus on quality work over just checking every project off their list. I highly recommend them! We love our tile backsplash and the quality of the work!

We worked with Floor Coverings for a quite large flooring job. They were professional from start to finish-showed up when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, etc. We had a communication error regarding needed supplies and they were quick to make it right. I would highly recommend them and would use them again.

My experience with Floor Coverings International was fantastic from the start to finish. During the initial sales consultation, Joe immediately made me feel like he truly cared about customer service and took his time to walk through options and show samples. My wife and I both felt he was very knowledgeable and friendly without being the least bit pushy or "salesy". After checking with other companies, we decided to go with them and the team quickly got us scheduled with Marlin, who was an amazing installer. He was very professional and he is an expert at his craft. Matt and Joe both checked in during the install and helped with the carpet runner on the stairs. Kegan was also very helpful processing payments and answering any additional questions I had. The whole team made us very glad we went with Floor Coverings International. I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs!
