My Husband and I had Footprints Floors install vinyl plank flooring in our 3 season room and they exceeded our expectations . We had a great experience from Keith who gave us the estimate , Clint the owner who contacted us and set up our appointment, and their amazing crew . Their prices are very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have flooring installed .

We are repeat customers and have been so pleased with Footprints for both projects. This particular project was a hardwood floor installation and everything turned out beautifully. They did any amazing job matching our original floors (60+ years old) and any issues were dealt with in a timely fashion. Everyone involved from scheduling to our estimate to the installation itself was very kind and easy to work with. We plan to use Footprints for any future flooring needs and highly recommend them!

The ability to purchase our own flooring at a cheaper price and cutting out the middle man and then have Footprints install with professional quality is amazing. We were even allowed to rip up our old flooring ourselves to significantly save on cost. We wanted to have the new floor installed before our big July 4th party and they were very accommodating. For a 400+ Sq Ft Kitchen, Dining Room and Laundry room they sent 6 installers and managed to have the whole project done in 3 hours! I would highly recommend this service if you want professional installation but want to be able to choose your own flooring.

Footprints put about 600 Square Feet of flooring in my home on the second floor. This is the second time we have hired them for flooring work. I have personally installed over 1000SQ of flooring but didn't have to time for this job myself - so I have experience with this kid of work. We came back because of the positive experience the first time and the second flooring work was just as great. We loved providing the materials and having Footprints focus on the installation work. Scheduling was easy. Finish work is great. You can tell we would hire them again... since we already did. Tony

We are repeat customers and are so pleased with the quality of work. We had Footprints install porcelain tile on our kitchen floor and then hired them for our master bath, too. We are so happy with how it turned out. Everything ran smoothly from the estimate to the install and final check-in. The owner is very responsive to questions and everything was transparent in terms of cost and timeline. We would not hesitate to use them again!

From the initial estimate and walk through of the project, to the responsiveness leading up to the job and the highest craftsmanship and quality of work, Footprints Floors of Columbus is top-notch in the Flooring Category! Brian and Clint will walk you through the entire prep and setup up, providing you with plenty of resources to ensure you're getting the best value material for your money. On the day of the install, Clint's team of specialists, led by Alberto, attacked the project with speed, professionalism and intent! They had the carpet fully removed by 9am, and had a team of six -- all with dedicated jobs (from cutting, to measuring, installation, and more) -- working at maximum efficiency! We had almost 500sq. ft. of new hardwood installed with perfection in less than six hours time! I can't wait to work with Footprints again in the future!

My experience was wonderful from the very beginning to the end!!! The project went so smoothly and was completed in one day! Everyone was prompt, professional and the project site was kept neat. We knew what to buy and how much so cost was kept down by not over buying. ( I was even told to give bulk pick up a call to save money on trash removal. ) Best of all the floors look great and the quality of work impressive. Would I hire them again? YES IN A HEART BEAT!!!
