We've been using HomeShine for nearly a year, every 3 weeks or so. They do an amazing job in everything they do! Our whole house sparkles when they clean! They did deep cleaning the first time, & regular cleaning since then. They do an outstanding job & we couldn't be more pleased!

This was our first time using Home Shine Cleaning Services, and the two girls who cleaned were kind, professional, and thorough. Due to the language barrier, they used their phone to translate asking me questions and to understand what I was saying, and that was fine with me. I asked them to teach me how to say, hello and and thank you in Portuguese. The only hiccup I had was when I needed to get some clarity about one aspect of the cleaning from Ines, so I texted her and one of the girls called her and let me speak to Ines and she was not very kind. Maybe she was having a bad day, or maybe she is just nicer to some customers than others... but she was very short with me and seemed very annoyed. I told Ines I asked the girls if they had another Swiffer duster cloth and they told me they only use one per house! I thought that was odd to only use one Swiffer cloth for an entire home, so I had to go in my own cleaning supplies and give them another one to use. Ines told me the girls were getting upset because I was asking them questions and it was putting them behind schedule. I was their last customer of the day, but regardless, I think Ines forgot we were paying for this service ... it was not being done for free! The girls assured me they were there to help and it was okay to ask them questions, but that kinda turned me off. I reminded her this was our first time using their services so of course we were going to have to learn their routine and the girls had to ask questions because they would never been to our home before. That was the only hiccup we had, but overall, the girls did a very good job cleaning. The products they used to clean had a very strong smell and left a lingering industrial smell in our home and we had to open the windows when they left to air it out. I think it might have been a strong PineSol they used, but I am not sure because they used different products so I do not know which one has that strong smell, but we will ask them not to use that in the future, and hopefully next time they will have more than one Swiffer duster cloth.

Even their standard cleaning is better than most â deep cleanâ services.. Always wonderful work done

Everyone was so nice to work with and WOW! what a great job they did. I have set up a monthly cleaning schedule with them.

Very professional and very nice. The main contact Ines Pontes came to my house the very next day after I submitted the request and did a walk thru so I could tell her exactly what I wanted cleaned. The 2 ladies that did the work were hard working. I may be scheduling monthly cleaning by this company.

Ines is terrific, and so was the crew she sent to do a â deep clean.â We will continue to use them for regular â maintenanceâ cleaning.

After another company cancelled on me. I was in a rush to get a move out clean to get my deposit back. I needed a miracle. I needed it done the same day. I received a call from Pontes that not only would they have it done in the next three hours, but they would go to the old place while I was at work and invoice me to help me out with turning my key in. They were so good, my old landlord asked for their number. I highly recommended these guys and will continue to use them in my new house. Thanks guys!!
