They insist you be there during installation, but they will not come when they say they are going to, it will be another day, then another day, they will only call when they are on their way, and will not call you if there is a problem, and will reschedule without telling you, will not return calls back with questions left on their voicemail (I had called back every number that workers had called from, plus call center), too many promises and nothing done, I have 3 downpour gutters that were not replaced, I was not informed they were not going to touch the 2 draining into the sewer. The call center is just to leave messages, it is not even with the actual company. It is ridiculous having to pay this much money, and I have to find someone else and spend more money for it to be finished. They tell you what you want to hear in the beginning. Go with someone else, unless you have everything in writing for every specific detail, and are there the whole time to watch during installation go with someone else. Very disappointed in customer service and work.

They were just installed two days ago (took about 5 hours), but I think they’re going to be worth the higher expense in the long run. Virtually no maintenance required, should never need to get on a ladder, and the rain control will save our basement. They blended right in with our house and make it look slick.

The work was good but the price was expensive. Had trouble getting a lean waiver.

Hi Carol, We are pleased that you selected the LeafGuard system for your home. Regarding the pricing, the value resides in 2 primary areas. The first area, is the durability of the LeafGuard gutter system. It's 30% thicker than other gutters (which are super-flimsy) by comparison. They are built to last for as long as you own your home. The other factor is in the maintenance. A large number of our customers have already tried other systems, and found that while they advertise that they are maintenance, free, they are actually not. Someone has to climb that ladder and clean off the debris which accumulates. We're certain that, over time, you will find that your choice to install LeafGuard to protect your home is the right one!
