My experience with this company unfortunately was not what I expected. I was blamed for every single thing that went wrong (which some was but, in my opinion not all), even suggested I asked my husband questions, made me feel like I was back in the 1950s. The services I hired were a pot filler and gas line plumbing installs. The pot filler I purchased, and he reviewed prior to did not fit, had to be altered and only has about a quarter of an inch before you hit the microwave. Once he put in place the faucet the dry wall was pushed in/damaged. He said he would so kindly give me a quote to repair, I was over it and asked him to please cancel and exit my home. I called the company afterwards to try and find some sort of resolution/middle ground but the phonecall was just a lot of back and forth. He did offer at the very end to have come out and move the filler (which will cause the dry wall to need repairs again) and finish installing the stove. In the meanwhile, I am left with no stove, damaged dry wall and an eyesore for a pot filler. Service tech was very nice but some attention to detail could be improved. The story is much longer but to save the time and effort, I was extremely disappointed in my experience, and I do not recommend the company.

Best experience Iâ ve ever had with the plumbing company. I put a request out to HomeAdvisor and I received a text message and a phone call in a very short time from Mr. and Mrs. plumbing company. I called them back and they couldâ ve come out the same day but I had a conflict with timing so scheduled for the next morning. I received a text message from them confirming my appointment for the next day and it was a two hour window ( which is almost unheard of these days) I got a text message advising me that Martin was on the way and would be at my house shortly. When he arrived he introduced himself and came in and checked out the problem. He went through all the options that were available for me to do then let me decide how I wanted to proceed.He was professional and very pleasant to work with plus he did a great job. The next time I need any plumbing work done they will be my first call. I highly recommend them. Also I want to say that their customer service in the office is great!!

Initial contact with Mr&Mrs Plumbing was with Sebastian within an hour of our first outreach. The plumbing was done to our satisfaction, Sebastian did the work. He was courteous and explained his process as he worked, leaving the work area clean when he left.
