    NHance painted our cupboards, installed new cabinet doors and drawer fronts and installed some new cabinets in our kitchen a couple years ago. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. Unfortunately I damaged a couple of our cabinet doors about a year ago. Last week I went to NHance office to purchase some of their cabinet cleaner and Kyle was there. I told him about my cabinet doors and asked him if I brought them in could he repair them. He said sure bring them in! A few days later â free of chargeâ he repainted the doors for me and they look like new! That is awesome customer service! Thanks Kyle!

    Excellent work. The before and after far exceeded my expectations. We hired them to do the floors for a house we sold, and one we were buying. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

    Owner is completely unprofessional and will make promises they will never keep. Then threaten you. Submitting a complaint to the BBB and warning everyone that this company is only after your money.

    Reviews like this one are always very disappointing to us as we truly care about every customer and we do try hard to please everyone. Further, the reviewer is obviously not providing accurate or fair ratings of our quality or our value for the money. Where else can you get a brand new kitchen, new floors installed, a stairway, brand new Cambria countertops and free design consultation for $14,500? This client clearly has no idea what a great deal and good quality they got. Our track record shows that the vast majority of our customers give us a 5-star rating and provide unsolicited feedback as to our entire crew's professionalism, cleanliness and stellar customer service. We also pride ourselves on being very professional and train all of our employees on the importance of respect and grace in the workplace. Unfortunately, not everyone shares our high standards. In the case of Mr. Michael Bigley, the reviewer, and Bethany Jester, his wife, we dealt only with this reviewer's wife and the reviewer who wrote this review was not involved in any negotiation regarding scope of work or financials. We were contracted to supply and install a brand new kitchen complete with all new-cabinetry, all new Cambria countertops, all new flooring, new stairway and a tile backsplash. Cabinets, countertops, flooring and all new stairway were all installed without issue. We were contracted to supply backsplash tile and perform the installation. However, after spending time and effort to deliver samples and discuss recommendations and selections, the customer decided to purchase their own tile with no notice. Nevertheless, we still arranged to complete the installation but advised that the small, complex-shaped tile that was selected would incur an additional charge for installation due to the extra cutting and detail associated with the provided tile. Additionally, the installation had to be delayed due to the fact that the client did not select and purchase the necessary trims needed for the installation. Still, we were willing to reschedule our installer at no additional cost to the client, even though our installer had devoted the day for the installation and it was too late to fill in with other work. Out of the blue, the reviewer, whose name is not on any of the contracts and who did not identify about which project he was calling, became combative and argumentative and insulting to our employees, called me names and threatened me with physical violence. We, then, received a note from the reviewer's wife informing us that they decided to part ways with us and finish their project themselves. We were not permitted to come and finish the project. Having been the receiver of threats, I could not, in good conscience, subject my employees to working in an unstable and unpredictable, emotionally-charged environment and I caution any service provider away from getting involved with this client.

    The NHance staff, quality of work, and price were great. The time it takes to complete such a project as our kitchen is frustrating, but that seems to be a universal experience for home owners. I have already referred them to a friend for work.
