Great job by Jacob.was knowledgeable and service oriented. What another company quoted as a $2000 job, upselling the work, Jacob did what was needed for less than $400. Would definitely recommend.

Job not competed. Door goes up and down crooked. Charged to replace everything and didn't. Not an insulated garage door and big gap at the top. Seemed like it took a long time to install. Showed up late after 1 pm until 8:30 pm

The job was done very well and I liked the technician who came. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and the job was done to my satisfaction. The problem I have is with the price I had to pay. When I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday, I was quoted a price of $189 for the service I needed. However, the technician charged me $50 more for a service call fee. I protested and he texted a supervisor. However I was told the $50 could not be removed. At this point, he was at my home, I needed to leave soon and I desperately needed this repair done - so I paid it. I do not appreciate having to pay more than what was quoted to me and I had agreed to.
