Working with Joe to plan the project was fantastic. The scope of the project was: removal of a 1950s shower/tub and a poorly installed fiberglass shower surround and installation of a walk-in shower. The fellows who installed the new shower were absolute craftsmen, meticulous in every detail of the project, from the demolition of the old to the installation of the new. As mine is an older home, there were many challenges, all of which they handled professionally. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat!

very responsive. After they completed the project there was a problem and they responded immediately. We determined that the problem was not their fault, but their subcontractor fixed it anyway. Would hire them again.

The only compliant I would have which I did share with the team is lack of communication, what I expected to be a 2-3 day job ended up being 7 days for 3 windows and a patio door. If it had not been for COVID 19 and stay at home it would have been a problem. Overall the end results I am happy with, but took way more time then communicated. I would recommend to others, with caution to get full commitment on timing upfront.

Good pro via door. They helped us find the right solution for our needs. Good experience overall. Entire Experience was soured a bit when sales reps showed up to our house without an appointment during the dinner hour to view installation (weeks after complete) and collect final payment.
