Absolutely INCREDIBLE customer service and quality. Hands down, one of the best companies weâ ve ever worked-with! From our initial quote appointment with Shane, we knew without question, who weâ d go-to, for re-insulating our house. Donna, Kim and the rest of the installation crew were so conscientious / So personable / So meticulous. They treated our place as if it were one of their one, and can I just tell you how QUIET our house is? This is truly a case of a night & day situation. And my previously cold corner in my kitchen Is warm now (barefoot tested), and Iâ m sure I wonâ t need to break-out my space heater next winter, to keep my water line to the fridge from freezing-up. Seriously - Iâ ll keep my sign in my yard, and tell absolutely anyone who asks, for however long folks want to listen to me. or if they want to learn about how great this company, their employees and their products are! A+A+A+ RetroFoam is a total game changer!

We hired this RetroFoam after moving into our new house. Any question I asked was answered professionally and patiently. They hit a pipe (which was too close to the surface of the wall, not their fault) and immediately took steps to repair the pipe and prevent damage. They made sure our trash still got picked up when they were blocking the front of the house. Overall they went above and beyond in terms of customer service and making sure our house got fully insulated on time even when they ran into issues that were no fault of their own. I really appreciated the amount of communication and updates they gave us throughout the day.

Quality work for a reasonable price. 100% recommend if you need any foam insulation done

After a recent mold remediation project at my house, I learned that there was very little insulation in the exterior walls. Injection foam insulation seemed the best solution. Shane walked me through the process and was very reassuring that his crew would be very professional and efficient in completing the project. It was a two-day project. His crew was friendly and professional as promised. Though the foam injection caused some cracking in the drywall of one bathroom, they repaired the damage and knocked some dollars off of the estimate. My house feels warmer inside now. This was a worth while step in making the house more energy efficient.

Very pleased with the service. They accommodated a change I requested and did a great job of cleaning up after installing the insulation. I will use them again on my next project.

I hired Retrofoam for exterior insulation, unbelievable work ethic and customer service from Shawn who made the visit and set up our quote and service. To the dynamic duo of Donna and Kim yes that's right our installers where this team of professional, kind and very hard working ladies. They worked from the time they arrived until they left. Answered questions and kept me informed. Our insulation date 1-7-21 and 1-8-21, never asked to come in the house the worked all day. I highly recommend this company, They also if for any reason something changes with your date, they make it right and refund money back to you, never had this happen before. Five stars all the way wish we could give them 10, Thank you again Retro foam of Marion for everything we are beyond pleased.

Excellent service. Arrived on time and finished on time. Clean work, positive attitude. Cleaned up as they worked leaving no mess behind.. The team worked without taking a break and keeping conversation to a minimum and largely work related. Delightful team. Highly recommend.
