The communication and professionalism I received exceeded expectations. Out of all the quotes I received, Service First Heating and Cooling LLC provided the best deal and most comprehensive plan. As a first time home buyer, I wanted to work with a genuine company that didn’t treat me like a number. I also wanted to work with a local family owned company that provided great customer service. Jennifer was easy to schedule with and was very kind over the phone. Her partner, Greg, arrived early and communicated with me prior to my appointment. He provided multiple solutions for our cooling problem which was very helpful as we did not know what our options were prior to the service. It was nice to learn how each of the options worked and how much they would cost. We were very happy with the serve I cannot recommend them enough!

My air conditioning would not come on this early spring, and I was dreading finding out the results of what was wrong. I contacted SF heating and cooling, and the technician came out was super nice, very honest, and told me it was just a broken wire and he fixed it and I couldnâ t be more happy. A very honest company, which is hard to find these days.

Greg was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as being very pleasant. He figured out how to repair the humidifier quickly, and gave helpful tips, so we didn't have to buy a new unit.

Greg was very professional and with a very pleasant personality. He was able to quickly repair the existing humidistat (instead of installing a much more expensive one). Would definitely recommend him for any HVAC job.
