This company was great! Tim A. worked with the insurance company to make the process easy on my end. He was also very friendly and clear on what every step was along the way. Everything looks perfect on my end, and I'm glad I went with them.

The company worked with me to get the roof, siding and gutters started and installed early due to some health issues. The crew was pleasant and completed the work timely and the clean-up was amazing. The staff at the office was exceptional to work with and so patient to answer my questions. The work was professional from start to finish. Would recommend them.

If anyone needs new roof, I definitely recommend Storm Guard. They made the process so easy on our faily, we basically were hardly involved even though it took our insurance over a year to approve the installation of the new roof. Once approved, we made an install appointment and within a day we had a new, beautiful roof! They also were very diligent about cleaning after the work was done, and about putting all outside decor in its place :) One more thing, our dog LOVES Gavin Goh, who was the initial representative of the company we came in contact with. Gavin has been such a pleasure to work with, we told him he is basically a part of our family now! We are extremely pleased with the work that was done on our house.

I used Storm Guard to replace the old rubber membrane on the flat portion of my roof. I found the company to be very professional, responsive and easy to work with, especially the Field Inspector/Salesperson, Gavin Goh.

Bakyt and Jennifer helped us through the entire process of our roof repair. Bakyt is the BEST!!! We had several companies come out to give us a quote for our fascia repair and roof. After meeting with all of them, I decided to go with Storm Guard. Bakyt really gave me a good feeling. He used to work on the insurance side of things so he was able to tell me what the process was like on insurance and roofing side. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and gave me the worst and best case scenarioâ ¦but assured me that he would make sure our roof and fascia is repaired without breaking our pockets. He kept to his word every step of the way. I am truly impressed by not only his professionalism, honesty, and dedication but his genuine concern he seemed to have. He really wanted to do the right thing and make sure we were taken care of. The guys came out and replaced everything in a day. I want to thank the whole team who helped along the way. They went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful for their services and time. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
