    Cham was a godsend. I placed online request on Monday afternoon and got a callback from Cham within 30 minutes, set up an appt. for Tuesday and problem was found and fixed promptly and at a very reasonable rate. Cham is both professional and personable - I will definitley recommend him to all my family and friends for their heating & cooling needs.

    The job took twice the amount of time they estimated. They did not clean up their work area; there were pieces of duct work, parts, wires, and garbage all around the new furnace. I was not happy with the quality of the work. There was a large hole in one part of the furnace allowing a strong flow of hot air to escape. The owner sent a workman out to clean up and fix the area of concern. He fixed it by filling it in with putty. I am still working through this with the company. I should have hired a different company.

    I am quite surprised by this. Old furnace was removed and new furnace installed same day. Customer puchased thermostat which we installed at her request. System runs perfectly heatingwhole house inclusive of a second floor room which previously barely got heat. Old unit was hauled away. Everything promised by us was done. When I was notified that area was not properly cleaned, I immediately sent technician out to clean up, use Thumb Gum to create seal around gas line which enters furnace to prevent air leakage. What is most surprising is that everything customer asked for has been done and we are not still working through anything.
