I needed concrete for a 16 x 20 garage and a 15 x 16 driveway to connect to the current driveway. I am a very picky customer. From May 2020 to July 2020, I interviewed seven concrete people. When I interviewed Terry, I liked the detail that he went into and the questions he asked about what I wanted. Terry asked questions that none of the other concrete people asked. The cost Terry quoted was in the 80th percentile of the quotes I received. Terry told me when he would start and he met that start time. At the start of the project, we went into a lot of detail about what and how things were to be done. I wanted to use Simpson Strong-Tie concrete anchors. These had to be placed at very specific measurements. I wanted a monolithic pour that included a 4 thick pad on top of a 12 x 12 footer, which sat on 18 wide x 36 deep support pillars. These were all tied together with rebar. I also used wire mesh with fiber in the concrete. Due to the grade and slope, Terry recommended a French drain, which was added. As I talked to Terry, I could tell that he was very conscientious and cared about the work he produced. Because of this I felt at ease and trusted that the project was in good hands. The job had some bumps that Terry dealt with and turned out fine. Terry had to navigate around phone lines, water lines, and drain pipes. Terry put back and rough graded the dirt that was moved. This was very helpful. In the end, the work was completed in time and looks great. I have had several people stop by while they were walking. They all said the concrete looks great and was done well. When I need any other concrete work, Terry will be the one I call. I have already recommended Terry to other people.

Terry did an outstanding job. Attention to detail is his hallmark. He was very considerate and went the extra mile to make sure the job was perfect. Neighbors and passersby constantly comment of the overall beauty of the project.

We hired Terry to build a new stamped concrete patio, and he did an AMAZING job. He was in constant communication with us from the beginning, and was always there when he said he would be.
