We are central Ohio's leader in decorative concrete. Many people don't realize the true potential of stamped concrete for driveways, patios, and sidewalks. The durability and longevity of concrete far outlasts other materials, that everyone knows. What most of us miss is that it is extremely easy to maintain and is the most eco-friendly product on the market. With the ability to replicate natural stone, brick, slate, flagstone and more for almost half of the cost, the decorative concrete craze is sweeping the nation. Our technicians have been pioneers in the decorative concrete industry for over 15 years! We combine time tested methods with innovative designs to pave the way into the future of concrete.

How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because 15 years ago when the housing boom in central Ohio was at its peak, decorative concrete was very unfamiliar to the general public and mostly used in commercial applications because of all its wonderful characteristics. We were heavily involved in this boom and built thousands of concrete driveways, sidewalks, and patios. Naturally when the decorative concrete suppliers followed trend we jumped in head first. Through years of learning the craft we are now able to use this wonderful material for just about everything. With all of the new technologies in the industry you can create amazing landscape designs that are as functional as they are beautiful. It is such great way to express your creativity alongside building and engineering fundamentals. Build or Replace a Deck or Non-Masonry Porch

Josh did my patio 2014 and gave me 5 years warranty on cracks and sealer. Once I called so he can fix he blocked all communication. And I have been trying to call him for the past 2 years with no reply at all. My patio is cracking and the color faded after one year

Abir, I'm sorry you feel this way. When I came out to re seal your patio in 2016, I explained our contract which referred to re sealing and continued maintenance being the owners responsibility. I actually went above and beyond to re seal you patio 2 years later at our expense. When we last spoke 2 weeks ago, I also told you I would give you a break on labor and we would re seal your patio. The color is not "faded" it simply needs re sealed, as does any stamped concrete every few years. I would be happy to re seal your patio, and give you a break on the labor, as I told you last time we spoke.

I met Joshua when he came out to give us our estimate. Good customer service skills and answered any and all questions I had. When we finalized the contract Josh gave us dates when they would be able to start the driveway as weather permitted. Josh kept to those dates and again explained how this was going to work and that the driveway would be completed in 2 days. Everything went as planned. Driveway looks awesome and we are completly satisfied. I would recommend Timeless Impressions to anyone. Thanks.

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
