From start to finish we were very pleased! Sandie, John Sr. and Jr., all the guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had some issues caused by a neighbor that has nothing to do with himself. I had to repair my sprinkler pipes where they worked, my pump mistersly burnt out. Cost 450.00 then when they changed it they said I had a 1 horse power they would be glad to exchange for what I know was in there. $100.00 moreover 1.5ho. Really???
Response from Company:
Customer had very old equipment. We did not include a new pump in his original agreement. According to our records, customer had a 1 hp pump, which we replaced with, then he wanted 1-1/2, which we then, to make customer happy, replaced again. We paid over $800. in pumps to satisfy customer, not including installation. As far as the sprinkler, customer called and said that we hit his pool plumbing pipes under the ground. We visited to see the problem; however, he said, "never mind, it was just my sprinkler". Sprinkler had nothing to do with us nor did we hit them (in bushes). This periodically happens to sprinkler heads as they age.

Mr. Murray was very helpful and explained all the steps they were going to do to my backyard in the case of the demolition of my pool. After everything was complete you would never have known that there was once a pool.

They were very professional and the work they did was great. They were very up front with pricing, no hidden costs. They were very respectful. The crew that came in to re-seal the pool was very tidy too. I recommend them highly.

Having never renovated a pool in the past I was quite anxious about the process. Especially as this is a waterfront property with water table issues. They turned out to be absolute experts with the unique characteristics of waterfront pools... I have had quite a few snags with contractors in the past, and this was my first experience with a pool. John and his family team were on time, did an absolutely outstanding and creative job with mosiac tile and their word was as good as their bond which is hard to find these days. From soup to nuts this family business delivered, from starting the project on time to completing it when promised, and at the price that was quoted, with no add on surprises. Lots of companies complete a job and are not available for the follow through in the event of concerns and problems. This team has a dedicated trouble shooter for any problems AND they are communicators, if not answering the phone on the spot, then always returning calls in a timely matter. Without having to ask I was sent a letter via email to submit to the water company to reduce my water bill. I highly recommended this company.
