When they are talking to someone they should tell the truth, not tell what they think the other person want to hear and they should not lie. They need to be more accurate on when they are going to be doing the work and how long its going to take. Do not try to sell me something I do not need.

Vanda sorry for the experience you received. I would like to add the reason you feel that we tried to sell you something you did not need is not clear or accurate. We simply tried to assist you with insurance coverage for your roof. Your Insurance adjuster Eric [last name removed] from Farm Bureau advised that you did not need roof repair, and or mold remediation. I would suggest you call several roofers to get other opinions on if you do or not. I will look for a way to add photos so everyone can see our view of this review. You received a quote from another mold company for 4k for mold in your attic. Our bid was for $2750 for mold, and repairs to the ceiling that was caused by your roof leaking which was a big part of the mold damage along with improper ventilation. Please see the email sent to your adjuster as well. Dear Eric [last name removed], I trust this email finds you well. I am writing to bring your attention to some critical findings from our recent inspection at Vonda [last name removed]'s property. Attached, you will find a comprehensive set of photos that document the current state of her attic and roof. Firstly, the images of the mold in Vonda's attic reveal a pressing need for remediation. Our assessment indicates that this issue stems from a ventilation problem rather than the roof itself. However, this needs prompt attention to prevent further damage and ensure the well-being of the property. Additionally, we have included photos illustrating a separate concern related to the roof. There are visible signs of leakage and raised shingles, which, in our professional opinion, strongly suggests a need for roof replacement. We understand the potential limitations of coverage, but it is crucial to emphasize that Vonda is in urgent need of a resolution, whether it falls within the scope of our services or not. It has come to our attention that Vonda may have expressed concerns about the transparency of our communication. The problem I have is that you told her we are trying to sell her something she doesn't need. You told her she didn't need a roof, and or mold remediation. This is exactly why we wanted to meet you on site to go over the issue. I just don't understand how a senior claims adjuster can tell a mutual customer that we trying to be unethical. I mean look at the photos you must have not even gone into the attic. It's clearly wet.. The shingles are raised, and or whatever reason. She had another estimate from another mold company that told her 4k for mold in the attic.. Did you know that? Vonda left us a negative review based on what you told her as well. At the end of the day it is sad that our mutual customer will continue to have mold issues till the roof is replaced based on your opinion..

We used them for two projects, a bathroom rebuild after a water problem and a separate new flooring installation project. The prices were very reasonable and Pat and Aaron do excellent work--and are friendly and easy to work with. We are very happy with the outcome!

This company was literally a life saver for me. I had two feet of water in my basement when I returned home from vacation. Jeff and his company responded immediately and started working. Their main concern was helping me with my situation. They did an amazing job removing the mess from my basement and returning it to an immaculate condition. Jeff has gone above and beyond what I could have expected. He has worked with uncooperative insurance companies and even took the time to meet with the insurance adjuster. Their kindness, empathy and professionalism can't be beat. I unconditionally recommend this top notch company!

I want to thank 911 Restoration for the amazing job they did on restoring the water damage and mold removal from my home recently. Within 20 minutes of phoning Home Advisor I received a call from Jeff Madison. He was at my residence within two hours assessing the damage. He had a crew out there the next morning. The crew spent several days with dehumidifiers and fans drying out the damaged area. With the flooring replaced, and the mold removed and treated and the reinstallation of the cabinets well underway , Michigan got the floods in Midland, Wixom Lake, and Edenville. I received a phone call from Jeff Madison letting us know that may be a delay getting our place finished up. I assured Jeff that a few more days without a kitchen sink was nothing compared to the devastation those people in the flood area had to endure. Well the job got done and we want to give a special Thumbs Up to 911 crewmember ANDREW, he takes pride in doing the job right, he is skilled, knowledgeable, and a hard worker. keep up the good work and Thanks Again Orv Hartung in Vassar Mi
