I was kept abreast of a time delay & the option to change, but I opted to accept the later time. I was not disappointed with the service & honest feedback. He even taught me several things to keep in mind regarding my washer and knowledge I did not know previously! They came right in & immediately got to work, they don't waste your time & I was charged an honest rate. I will hire them again with no hesitation & highly recommend!

Great customer service. Chole called right away to assist me. Technicain Gave estimate of cost and explained the process of fixing before starting. Nate was very professional....called ahead to give estimated time of arrival. Came out, diagnosed what issue could be....ordered part and came back next day and repaired. I would hire again and recommend NL Electric and Applaince Service to anyone in need of repairs needed to fridge...NL Electric and Appliance Services company was very honest and upfront about total cost of repair that included the service fee cost. I would definitely recommend ð .

While they were not able to repair my washing machine, they were able to explain why, and took the time to make sure I understood. It had to do with a part that is on backorder for a older machine. I am saving their contact info and I would use them again the next time we have an appliance issue.
