It's very hard to find a contractor that is responsive and reliable. We were really happy with how quickly our job got done and it looks great. Knowing there will be more projects down the line, it's much less stressful knowing we have someone we like to do the job.

Khaled and his team did a fantastic job designing and building our large custom 3-season sun room with sunken hot tub. Khaled had great design sensibilities and took the time to discuss every detail with us. He is a perfectionist and only picked top materials and more time consuming finishes. Communication was great all along, and the crews were friendly, skilled, and kept the site clean. We love our new room, which perfectly matches our old house in Wellesley

We had a huge renovation project on our house in Salem. Khaled was the right guy for the job because he was flexible as things changed, but also made sure that everything was done to a high quality as well as to code. Any overages on price he made sure I knew about before starting the work. As it was such a big project I always wanted to know the latest, sometimes the communication took more time than I would have liked, but was always satisfactory when we did talk. Also sometimes the paperwork took longer than I had hoped. However, the end of the day, we got everything we wanted and Khaled addressed all our concerns and left us wit a beautiful house to move into. I would recommend Abalia to anyone who is looking to get into a big project and needs to feel assured with their decision.

We hired Abalia Construction for a two-car garage addition with a walk-in closet above. Khaled was very professional and attentive to details. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the project. His crew was very professional as well. We would definetely recommend this company.

Khaled and his crew built a large 2-story garage for us and it came out wonderful. Khaled managed multiple sub-contractors, engineers, and the town's building department. The build did not always go according to plan and it did end up taking longer than anticipated, but that is to be expected with construction projects - especially in this worker & supply-limited climate. Despite delays and setbacks, Khaled always has his customer's interest at heart, and will make sure that the work is done well. I would recommend Abalia Construction and will use them again in the future.

We hired Khaled for the construction of a half bathroom. We found his communication to be either absent or dishonest. In addition to poor time management, the quality of the finished project is below expectation, and we will need to hire someone to fix it up. On a positive note, we received a small discount due to the terrible execution. All in all, we can not recommend hiring Abalia construction for professional work. 

Khaled is very professional and very easy to work with. He is very pleasant to talk to and takes time to explain the nuances of what needs to be done and the decisions that need yo be made. There were a couple of things I wasnâ t not too happy with the outcome and he ensured he got it redone and fixed to my satisfaction. If there is anything that I want him to improve on it would be time management. My project took much longer than estimated. Part of it was of course the supply chain but there was definitely also time management issues. Other than that k was very pleased with the overall work and the fact he got everything cleaned professionally after he completed. I would definitely hire him again.

Khaled and his crew were more communicative and engaged than any other contractor Iâ ve hired. Particularly during the critical construction phase Khaled was very responsive. Khaled also demonstrated thoughtfulness by choosing deep window sills unprompted as he observed our deep affection for our pets. Khaled also chose higher quality materials than specified in the plans and provided value added services such as painting the bathroom to match the new room. Additionally, Khaled was flexible with the initial scheduling of the project to accommodate our solar panel project.

Iâ m very glad to find ABALIA to replace the railings of my deck. The job quality is great. And Khaled is patient and responsive to my questions. The team finished the job in 2 days.
