Andy and his team remodeled my old and barely used basement to an additional living space that I can't wait to furnish and use. Most importantly their work was high quality, meticulous, and they delivered an excellent product. Andy was prompt to give me a quote and as I changed things or wanted to get estimates of other options he was more than willing to adjust. He and his team were on time every day, let us know when they'd want to work on Saturdays, and set expectations appropriately. They quoted me 3-4 weeks, done in 3.5 weeks with no additional cost outside the quote. A leak in a 2nd-floor toilet caused major damage on lower floors due to water trickle down. Bob of AB Brothers Construction assessed the damage and came up with a detailed quote of what needed to be done to repair. AB Brothers squeezed us in because I was panicked of all the damage. I really liked that they did not over promise and showed up when they said they would. Also, they pay attention to detail and deliver a beautiful result! This is my second time hiring Andy and Bob and going to hire them a third time for my kitchen floor. Hire them- you will not be disappointed! I am from Baldwin so I like to support local businesses.
