Claudia and crew came in and handle business. there were a few things that had to be put back in place but over all the house smelled and looked clean from the base boards to the ceiling fans. Thanks ladies for coming to take care of me in my time of need.😁😁👍🏾👍🏾

We paid for a deep cleaning and had to point out several items that weren't clean that had to be cleaned. When they left we noticed none of the dust got cleaned off the top baseboards and when we inquired they said it wasn't included. Why would a cleaning company see that something should be cleaned and not even bring it up there to give the option? The amount we paid really should have had that included. We also mentioned a chandelier that we requested be cleaned and wasn't. She asked when she could come back to clean it and we gave her a day and no response at all. We even wanted to give them another chance so we asked how much she would charge to clean our basement windows, no response. So disappointed.

I'm very sorry to hear that but before I receive a payment I always ask if they're satisfied and if so then I receive my payment but I'm sorry that I didn't see the message and for the walls, that isn't included in the cleaning but the baseboards,windows etc. are included but before I had left you had thanked us for the job we did but I am very sorry for the inconvenience and if something that is included in our cleaning is not well done we would be more than happy to go back and correct it. Thank you for trusting our company.
