Reviews
Write a ReviewWe hire Taylor Graham for this project and signed a contract for over 8,000. and paid them. They never finished the job and now will not return our calls.
Mr. Tommy C., I see that there was a miscommunication and that you have been taken care of. Thanks for getting back to us.
They did both foundation and basement drainage work for us. Very reliable and works great!
Tyler,Ryan and Ethan did great , They were polite, quick to do the job and cleaned up everything associated to the job. I would definitely recommend AFS and these three men. I had a internet repairman come in a few days later and he mentioned that he had never seen a better job done
Crew did an excellent job. They did leave some debris under my porch or I would have given them a 5 rating.
Ask for Tony and Braxton. They did great.
Project was a disaster. AFS claimed to have installed EZ Flow and a sump pump per our contract and that the job was complete. A company came in a week after them to Jack the kitchen floor and informed me my crawl space was completely flooded. They failed to dig trenches for the EZ Flow pipe, they failed to slope the ground at all, and they failed to bury it into the ground six inches as required in order for it to fill with water. My crawl space is worse now than it was when I hired them The entire transaction was very deceitful and two months later I still have a flooded crawl space.
Mrs. Leslie S. ( (consumer name withheld per their request)) We understand that you have been in touch with Management over this and we are very pleased that we were able to come to a resolution.
We had hoped it would be answer to water issues but it was not. However they fixed other issues that were very needed.
Haven't finished the job yet. Send this survey again later
Professional, thorough, courteous
Upon inspection, we were shown, via computer, the conditions currently existing and the manner in which AFS would proceed to correct the situation. The decision was made to proceed, a contract signed electronically and a deposit was requested and submitted. The inspector indicated he was having electronic difficulties; was unable to print a copy of the contract, but would submit it as soon as possible. This required several phone calls and a threat to cancel before a copy of the contract was received by email. When the crew arrived the foreman handed us a statement for the full amount of the contract. There was nothing indicated for the deposited amount. That required additional contacts by the foreman to correct the situation. (This was an extremely "shocking" development considering the previous circumstances regarding the paperwork!) The crew did what they could in replacing a pillar under the house but could not bring the floor back to level. They were afraid to use hydraulic jacks unless I would take responsibility for damage. They lifted the foundation approx. 3/4" on the southwest corner of the house bringing it back to level. The work done by the crew was totally acceptable and the foreman did a very good job when explaining exactly what was occurring. As requested by the foreman prior to their departure, , a check was submitted for the balance remaining.
