Writing to finalize some details

We bought a sink and faucet online for install in our new home. The guys showed up on time and were professional, clean and efficient. The only downside was that we had to wait for a days appointment-wise because they were so in demand (I see that as a good thing). They folks who called on behalf of the techs were kind and transparent. I wish that they had a more set estimate prior to dispatch. The guys that came gave us an estimate prior to starting work, but if we were budgeting for the work for a bigger project, it would be a bit harder to plan until they come to your home and assess. The guys were awesome like I said, and we'll definitely use them again in the future for plumbing related issues.

I had an emergency, broken pipe under kitchen sink, and they didn't have an opening till after the weekend. Ace plumbing contacted their techs and one of them said he could come out immediately. He showed up less than 30 minutes later and replaced the pipe. I live on the bottom floor of a condo and there was an obstruction in the main drain line that was backing up into multiple kitchen sinks. Roto-Rooter didn't show for 5 more hours. Ace plumbing tech was friendly, knowledgeable, quick and helpful.

Diagnosed problem that others didn't

They called to let us know the service man was on his way, and he arrived in a timely manner. After explaining our situation and his giving us the estimate on installing the product, we told him we had another estimate that was lower for the same work and product. He contacted his management and was able to give us the same deal. Plus he had the product on his truck. We took the deal and a couple of hours later we had hot water!

Shane was great. He really went above and beyond what I expected and even though he underestimated the time he needed, he stayed until the job and all the cleanup was completed.

Shane was fantastic, He came back and got the job done perfectly. He was attentive and very consciencious. He had to re-do a helper's work but he make sure it was done well and quickly. (Note the helper did not come back) I had 3 toilet issues and he replaced two and repaired one. I am very happy with the job he performed. Shane was very respectful and helpful. Trina was great and got back quickly any time I had to call the office. I would definately recommend them to get the job done.

Justin was fantastic. We were impressed with his speed and expertise. He installed 2 faucets and then replaced the two exterior spigots to our house, and fixed our leaking bathtub - all in about 2 and a half hours! I donâ t usually leave reviews but this was exceptional work. Very happy with Justin and Ace Plumbing and would highly recommend them.

Very friendly and knowledgeable technician

Justin, Shane and Trina were great to work with on our recent gas hot water heater repair. They were responsive, timely, prompt and courteous. We are so pleased and would highly recommend! Great job!
