Very professional - wore his mask the entire time. Assessed whether the current unit could be repaired (it could not) and installed a much quieter, highly-efficient Chamberlain unit. Belt-driven, it also includes many programmable features such as operation via smartphone. Entire installation took only ~2-hrs. and also included new mounting brackets and realignment. Highly-recommended.

The technician was excellent. I can't rave enough about them. So thorough and detailed.

Contacted Adams Garage Door to come take a look at faulty unit. Actually came out same day just a few hours after initial call!!!! Was quickly able to identify unit was compromised and needed replacement. Was able to give a quick/fair price and complete the repair immediately. Offered to contact him 24/7 should I need anything else and even left me spare parts not needed form repair and said if ever any of those items require replacing he would do it for free! Looking forward to having him replace my other opener when that time comes.
