We were surprised at the quick response when our heat stopped working on a holiday week-end. The friendly, capable service person clearly explained everything to us, even offering more economical options. We went with the maintenance plan based on our confidence in the service. And now we have our heat back for the cold nights ahead!

The person that came to my house was very friendly on the phone and at my house. He really seemed to care about my situation. He answered all my question explain how my system works and what I should look for if I think something is wrong. He was very patient and kind. It was the best customer experience I have ever had.

From setting the appointment to the technician, Luisau, it was a great experience as always. I have used this company since owning my home and Iâ ve always been pleased with the service. I feel like Iâ m well informed and never pressured into anything. Thereâ s never been a long wait for service and the price seems fair. Iâ ve been approached by others to use / try their services (even family/friends recommend other places) but I never have had a reason to look elsewhere. The customer service on the phone as well as in person is fantastic!

This was supposed to be the semi-annual furnace/heat pump check-up and filter change. It turned out to be an "adjustment" on a valve of the heat pump and simple reset on our themostat. The 3 men were very nice (only spoke to 1 of them), BUT I didn't get a hand written receipt for the visit. We paid for an annual 2 time check up and filter change which should have been no charge. The email receipt that was sent, I couldn't read or copy. Also, I wasn't offered another years service agreement like in the past. The young man who did all the talking was nice, but it was like talking to a used car salesman who skirted the questions. I would like a call from you regarding the annual service agreement. I don't think it took 3 people to remedy our issue.
