David and his crew were personable and experienced. He and his team went the extra mile to ensure all portions of the work were completed in a timely and precise manner. Cost wise their bid was on the lower end of the scale, but their work and service was the best. Even when unknown issues arose, they worked and solved them, making me a quite happy customer. As someone without Air for over 3 weeks, I am quite happy to have met Dave and his team, and would recommend them to everyone. This company is what 'customer service' is all about, and quite a refreshing experience.

The tech filled the compressor with R22 freon. He guessed at the amount he used. Last year the tech from another company used a scale to weigh the freon to make sure of the amount used. The tech told me that the unit would hold 9 lbs and that he added 4 lbs but with out a scale I am not sure. The tech knows what he is doing. His helper was wanting me hire hime to do handy man things around my house like sealing my windows on the outside. The other company tech also checked the condinser but this tech only looked at the compressor. The other company had gone out of business or would have used him again so just took a chance on this one

I couldn't be happier with my new systems. Advantage installed a quality system better than what the competition was quoting and at half the price. The servicemen were prompt, courteous, and professional. Advantage removed the old systems and had the new install completed in one day. Amazing! I would recommend this company to any of my family and friends!

The best experience I have ever had with any service or repair company I have ever hired in my lifetime. They were courteous, prompt, kept me advised of what they were doing every step of the work being performed, without me having to inquire. Explained in detail the nature of the work they were doing and the reasons it needed to be done. Without my requesting it they brought me the parts they removed that needed to be replaced and explained to me the reasons they needed to be replaced so I could look at the parts and know they needed replacement.

Friendly, Professional, Great Value, and Customer Service focused. I would definitely use Advantage Heating & Air for any future projects - I would also highly recommend to anyone looking for a HVAC contractor to check out these guys first! 5 Stars

They were great! Arrived when they said they would. Were able to diagnose problem quickly. Reasonably priced. Great to work with. Will definitely be using them in the future.
