Stay as far away as possible from this company. The owner lies, does not follow through with quotes or commitments. Worst experience ever!

I will leave it up to the reader to determine who is lying. It is upsetting to read this review. I take a lot of pride as the owner of Agility Van Lines. I am involved in the moving process from beginning to end and customers in many cases have direct contact with me via my cell phone number both during and after business hours. When we arrived at Denise home our 26-foot box truck could not make it up her steep driveway and she agreed. No truck like ours have ever made it up her driveway. Keep in mind, Denise not only told us it could, she signed paperwork stating that our truck could get within 75-feet from her front door. We use the same trucks that are on our website as well as stating in our paperwork that a twenty-six-foot box truck (thirty-six feet in total including the cab) will be used to move your items. All this was explained to Denise, both orally and in writing of which she signed and agreed. In fact, Denise asked, if she rented a smaller truck on her own, with her own credit card, would we be willing to help her. She was nice at the beginning when she needed our help. Our Foreman did a walk-through of her house with the approved list by Denise of 99 items and showed Denise there is almost 3-times the amount in her home that she wants to move. Denise was not happy that her cost was going up significantly, but was understanding as she could see all the additional items in her house that was not on her list to be moved and the additional time needed to shuttle her items from the smaller truck she would rent. Our Foreman reviewed all the additional charges. Denise approved all charges in writing, before our crew began to work. When the truck was loaded, Denise ended up shipping 261 items, 171 more items than what she originally asked us to move. I am very proud of our crew, they overcame diversity, maintained professionalism, worked extremely hard and did a great job.

Best experience Iâ ve had with a moving company (and my family has moved a LOT)! They could not have been more helpful from the start. John, our sales person, was very personable and every time I called or emailed, he remembered our names, and what our special situation was. Because of my fatherâ s illness, and how busy and distracted I can be, I probably did not make it easy for him! I also needed a specific, and possibly inconvenient, date for them to move my fatherâ s condo contents. He really worked with me on that and we got it done. On moving day, Gene and his assistant (his name escapes me), were FANTASTIC. If I pointed out something that needed extra special care, he really listened and gave it extra padding or whatever was required to stabilize it. He mentioned heâ d been doing this for 30 years and it showed! He had sturdy ways of packing things that I would not have thought of. He was also SUPER organized so we didnâ t have to worry about misplacing the small pieces that went with the big pieces (like sofa legs or cords). And I could see in the truck how carefully he packed things so they wouldnâ t get damaged on the long drive from FL to NH. What I really loved was that they checked in with me frequently to give me updates both before and after the move, so I didnâ t have to worry, wonder, or nag them for updates. I remember mentioning this to my aunt, (she found them on the BBB site), while I was packing up - â Wow, these guys are great. Good find!â They seem to understand that thereâ s plenty to worry about when moving, so they try to lessen that. Before the move, Denise and Shane were in touch to confirm things, which made me feel, again, confident in their organizational skills. They never ONCE showed an inkling of bother if I called or texted with questions or concerns. After they moved the furniture out of the condo, they also kept in touch with the status of when it would arrive at the new location, (which, BTW, was quicker than I expected). Iâ ve worked in a lot of customer facing jobs over the years and Iâ ve found THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is communication with the customer. To me this shows respect for the customer and an understanding that my money can go anywhere, so thereâ s a reason to give it to them. You can tell that every employee understands that. Because Iâ ve had bad moving experiences in the past, I was continually asking John, Denise, Shane and the moving guys on the ground about this or that, and not only did their confidence in their quality of service give ME confidence, but they were just so responsive, organized and careful, that I couldnâ t be happier. All our stuff arrived in perfect condition and Steven, Michael and Ivory didnâ t just move it out of the truck and dump it in the house, they really helped me get it in the right place, reassemble the furniture if needed, and then never ever made me feel like a bother for wanting something 1 inch this way, or 1 inch that way (I can be really persnickety). Just amazing. They felt like friends. I guess thatâ s my ultimate compliment and the real headline of my review: The whole staff and crew felt like friends; like I had known them already and knew they would treat me and my stuff like their own. They spoke to me as an individual, not just another customer in a long line of customers. What a relief with what can be a very stressful time!

Our experience with Agility Van Lines has been superb. If We could rate them more than 5 stars we would. We researched a number of companies that offered state to state moving. We happened upon Agility and we are so happy we did. They are family owned and operated and when we called, Richard took the time to talk to both my husband and me and answer all of our questions. We asked about the need to store our furniture until our condo would be ready and he assured us that they could accommodate us. He invited us to come and see their facility, trucks and where our furniture would be stored. We took him up on his offer and we were very impressed. Once we signed the contract, Denise in the office called to thank us for our business. 4 days before the move Shane who is the owner of the business called us to update us on a moving date. Denise called us 2 days before our move to update us on the movers and that they would keep us updated the day of the move about arrival time. Our movers which included Tsano, Trevor and Elie were amazing. They called with updates of when they would arrive. They did get delayed in traffic on the highway, but they were very apologetic about that. They worked non stop and we couldnâ t believe how they took time with each piece, wrapping and taping so that everything was secure. We have moved a few times over the years and we have never had good experiences. Thank goodness we found Agility.!

The movers Tsano, Trevor and Elliot were excellent! They were polite, worked hard and did a great job overall. The physical move itself went smoothly. The issue I had with this company was with the administrative staff. I booked the move 30 days in advance, however the company would not give me a firm date and time for the packing and loading. I needed to be out of my home at the time of closing which was at 10am on the 30th. The movers arrived at 5pm the evening before I needed to be moved out. Again, the movers worked very hard, but it was several hours after my closing,4pm the next day, before the truck was loaded. I had asked for additional packing more than two weeks before my move and was told that this service could be added. The late arrival of the truck and movers caused tremendous stress as I was closing on one home and moving several states away. Again, the three movers did a great job! The company needs to work on their scheduling and logistics. They should not schedule a move if they donâ t have the people available at the needed date and time.

Agility Van Lines was exceptional from start to finish. First, when they called me in response to my Angie's list request, John from Agility already had my house pulled up on-line and we inventoried each room's contents so that they could accurately predict the square footage of the load. Next, their customer care team gave me several calls before the move just to see if I needed any additional assistance and to confirm the move details. The actual move team was also exceptional! The called beforehand to let me know of their projected arrival time and they showed up at that time. Teddy (the foreman of the team) and his team were courteous and extremely professional. The execution of the move was flawless!! They assisted me in packing the items I had not packed and moved everything out of the house and onto the trucks without a single scratch, dent or smudge on the walls. It was really incredible. I forgot to mention that their trucks were the first ever to successfully make it up my steep and challenging driveway. Shane, the owner of the company, actually kept in touch with me by phone during the course of the move just to make sure that everything was going according to plan. Moreover, they did all of this over the Thanksgiving holiday!! I really can't say enough good things about Agility. They made what could have been a stressful move with two young children almost stress free. I was so thankful that I gave each of the movers an additional $40 tip, seriously, they were that good. I've moved several times in my life and career and Agility were hands down the best movers I've ever used. If you're reading this you're crazy to use anyone else because these guys are the best in the industry. They really treat you like a valued family member. I highly recommend them and I will use them again when the need arises.

The 3 movers (Tesano, Trevor, LE) did a great job both loading and unloading the truck. All were very professional. I Had my belongings in 3 days from OH to FL.

Not really sure if anyone ever had easy move that went smooth…but I had pretty good experience with Agility, had a short delay, but all was communicated in advance. Drivers were nice and always called to let us know about pick up and delivery. Happily would recommend them to anyone

The guys that moved us were very courteous and respectful. (Isiah and Marcus). They were very careful with the antiques and the move went great. I would highly recommend Agility Van Lines.
