THESE PEOPLE ARE A COMPLETE JOKE!!! I had the extreme misfortune of being assigned to Air Pro Master by my home warranty company for a toilet that just kept running. Tech visit 1 Plumber arrived and was dismayed that it was not just the flapper. I can, and did, change that myself. Why would I pay the home warranty company 100.00 service call fee for a 4.00 part? Beyond that, I don't know why it keeps leaking and needing to fill back up multiple times per minute. Plumber said that he would have to take the whole toilet apart, and promptly departed. Why would he do that? He came to fix it, but did not fix it. Two days later, I hear from the home warranty company that they have approved to replace the whole toilet. What? Why would we do that? No one discussed that with me. I don't want the whole toilet replaced for a guts of the tank problem. (I later learned that this company has a reputation for blowing the job out of all proportion to make more money) I can no longer count how many calls I have make to the Air Pro Master office. They never call you back when they say they will. Nothing they say can be believed. Tech Visit 2 Same tech arrived and I asked him what he was here to do, since no one ever confirmed to me if we could just fix it instead of replacing the whole thing. He had the little part in his hand. Okay great, please go fix it. 1.5 hours later, he has replaced part of the guts of the tank, and no more leak. No more running endlessly. Great. Tech says if anything comes up just called the office. Sounds reasonable. Tech departs. But he didn't turn the water back on fully. I have very low water pressure. Just a trickle from the faucet. And the tank is now loose and wobbles. Wasn't like that before. And the plate in the street which covers the water meter, where I assume he turned the water off, is not replaced. I call the office. Oh, no. I have to call the home warranty company and request a 'recall'. Tech Visit 3 Office calls me at 0900. Tech will come out today 8-1. Okay. 1000 I see out the window, because my home office faces the street, when tech pulls up. In the time it took me to open the garage door and walk outside, he had already driven off. Was here no more than 1 whole minute. Didn't come in to address the tank he left loose. Did he turn the water back on? Nope. Still just a trickle from the faucet. What did he do? Put the cover back on over the water meter in the street. I call the office yet again. Tech has moved on to the next job, after he drove away a mere two minutes ago. I am assured that he will return after that job. And that if he doesn't come, or does, but doesn't come inside again, to call the office right away. What a joke. That was four and a half hours ago. The office is closed. They have no emergency line or dispatch. Just a voicemail. Am I meant to wait all day? Is this guy coming back or not? This is a holiday weekend. I wish I had never heard of Air Pro Master, who are neither pros, nor masters of anything, apart from wasting your time. This has been going on for a week now and looks to be heading for two. To fix a running toilet. Do yourself a favor and call ANYONE else. If your home warranty company tries to assign you to this company, insist they use ANYONE else. If they will not, cancel your contract on the spot.

This company was the third quote I received. It wasn’t about the quote it was about the overall service I received. I learned so much about the unit, what was going on with the old unit and answered any questions I had. I recommend them to everyone. Oh and my unit was installed within two days.

Very expensive, definitely shop around and be clear on your needs, I was charged $185 just to install two thermostats that I provided?well beyond the market rate. M
