Tri-state Customer Service is very good. They were responsive to my call and provided the information I requested in a timely manner. They kept me informed at all time as to what was going on. The work was completed as scheduled and looks good. Since the driveway waspatched, I can not attest to the longevity of the repair at this time.

The staff was excellent and professional. They were available to check out the site and seal the driveway quickly and efficiently. I called two additional times to ask a few questions and they were great to talk to. VERY CLEAN!!! They taped off the sidewalk and the garage and there have been no issues. We will continue to use them in the future!

Referred to 2 neighbors as well. Had to return to touch-up a neighbors project but did it without any hassle. We all thought the end result was a little short of expectations based on work described at estimate.True value will be measured in a few years of wear but the initial cost was almost equal to DIY material estimate I made. They responded well to weather issues that effected scheduled completion.
