Write a ReviewAll-In Restoration sided my house and enclosed all the overhangs. General construction was good. Their cleanup and inspection after the install was poor. Scheduling is very half hazard. Their inspection after the work was completed was very poor having missed several obvious problems and one not so obvious which would have created major repair bills in a couple of years. These were repaired after I pointed them out. Had I not seen the first one, then started looking around, these would have not been fixed. Their scheduling is very loose, that is a few times I was told they would just be at the house sometime during the day. No phone calls were made to let me know they were on the way. The one they set an appointment it was I was called 15 minutes after they were suppose to arrive to let me know it had been canceled. I noticed on the estimate (after we signed the contract) that the order is for 10% over their estimate in material and labor. This seemed strange but I assume it is standard business practice. When I asked about this, it seems this is done to have the materials on hand in case materials are damaged on site or in shipping. One entire box of siding was left over and one person mentioned that the company would return it and receive a credit for it. So I paid for an entire box of siding and the labor to install it but it was never installed. Again, perhaps this is standard in the siding business. Clean up afterwords was very poor. My wife and I picked up over 60 nails around the house. We had to clean the front porch, driveway and walkway after they left. There was a lot of loose material around the house that we had to clean up after they left. The work crew was fast and professional. The siding looks great and I have no problems with the way the house looks. The inspection, cleanup and extra materials left over are cause for concern.
they convinced me they could do the work for a better quote than I was getting. They offered me a price that was good and they lived up their promised.
