I was hosting my daughter's sweet 16 birthday party and I had a last minute emergency when our whole home audio system simply stopped working. It was a Sunday and I was calling everywhere - I didn't really expect anyone to pickup but was was extremely pleased when Chris (the owner of All Pro Audio Video) picked up the phone. He was very patient with me on the phone. I have to give him props for that I was frantic - you try having a teenager freak out on you the day of her sweet 16! Chris went above and beyond and was insistent he could resolve the issue free of charge over the phone. But since I was in such a time crunch I asked if he'd stop by and he eagerly agreed - on a Sunday - mind blown! He showed up within an hour. I quickly showed him our setup and the issue we were having. I was distracted trying prepare for my daughter's party and in no time the issue was resolved and we had tunes for the party! Day saved! He earned a big piece of cake that day! VERY reasonably priced! Amazing service! This guy knows his stuff! Thanks Chris!

I was in the process of building a new home and was looking for a contractor who understood my particular high-end requirements. I didn't simply want some geeksquad buffoon who unboxes and simply plugs in entry level consumer grade equipment. I wanted someone who understands every technical facet of audio and home theaters. Chris of All Pro IS that guy! He provided top notch customer service - taking the time to answer MANY of my questions while providing useful experience based feedback. You simply will not find another contractor who has his level of attention to detail. All Pro treats your home like its theirs - utmost respect, thorough, never cutting corners, extremely professional. Tell me how many contractors you hire that actually clean up when they're done? Very few. Could not be happier with the end result. White glove treatment, very high end, extreme value! Thanks!

While the work All Pro performed was good, the value was not. Knowing they charged by the hour, I clearly explained all of the equipment already in my possession prior to their visit, and was told the equipment was suitable to complete the component installation. Once they arrived and started working, I was informed that the equipment was not suitable, and because they did not have any hardware with them, had to return to the stores to purchase new hardware while they remained 'on the clock' at the job site. As a result, what should have been a $200 project ended up costing more than three times that amount. I'd highly recommend telling your contractor what kind of components you have, then ensuring that the installation team provides the equipment needed at a pre-determined cost.

This customer originally asked for a TV to be installed over a fireplace and he was providing all of the equipment. When he was asked for a description of the bracket being provided, he only provided a brand. The bracket was a corner mount bracket and would cause the TV to be 12" off center when it was pulled away from the wall. We offered to reschedule and he had us troubleshoot and connect several video game systems to another TV, fish a cable wire through a wall and carry an old 160LB 35" tube TV from the basement to the garage while we waited for him to return with the correct bracket on black Friday. We even gave him a $150 discount.
