Job started and completed when scheduled. Two men plus the owner came the next day to see if I was happy with the work and the product. Completely cleaned up and men who worked on the roofing were respectful

The representative showed up promptly and was courteous and professional. He explained there was a minimum charge for all roof repairs. I wish this had been shared when I scheduled the appointment.

This company and my contact person Noah Williams made this project so easy and painless. Noah met with the insurance adjuster and handled all of the paperwork. This was wonderful because I usually have to do all of the research and contacts by myself, and this was such a nice change. I still received all the information I needed to make a comfortable and informed decision, and when I said I could not afford any extras, there was no pressure. From start to finish, the job was completed in two weeks. The roof itself was installed in one day, and the team was here when they said they would be. The roof looks great, and the area around my house was clean. I will recommend this company to my friends and family, and I am grateful for Noah and his team for coming through for me.

Jeremy was great to work with along with the actual guy that performed the job as other failures on the current shingles were brought to my attention. The only negative item I would report is the lack of contact after the job was completed as I asked for a whole house roofing estimate once my roof repair was complte and have yet to receive a written estimate, but I know they were/are busy.

The work team showed great respect to r property/home, They needed to move some items off r porch to help the team have access to the roof. When they were completed with the roof project, they asked for my assistance in placing the items moved back to where the items were to be placed
