If you were to look up the word professionalism in the dictionary Alliance Home Improvement would be given as the definition. The entire process from estimate to job completion was handled superbly. We will be using Alliance Home Improvement for many more projects in the future.

Ask them to come back and do a final wipe down. I had to take 2 hours and do it my self

They were timely; very creative in handling an empty space where my oven was originally. They made it into a nice open storage space with a sliding out shelf for me to transfer heavy dishes to & from the oven. They re-stained drawer fronts that were damages by water (under the sink) or glue; they now look as good as new. They used a toe trim to frame my new freezer & refrigerator that were smaller than the space. It now looks like the original built in. They used cloths to protect the floors & cleaned up afterwards. I have used them twice now, asking for Billy the 2nd time because I thought he was creative. If I have other projects in the future, would use them again.

Entrance tile too high when walking into bathroom. The tile cracked in shower. Hole in wall was made at the entrance to the home.

We are very sorry to hear you are not pleased. This is not what we understood from your conversations with us in person and on the phone!! We understood you were "very happy" with your new bath. This is surprising. - As we had explained at beginning of project, the tile you picked out at store was thick and therefore would leave a height difference into the other room. - The shower tile is natural stone, it is intended to look as if it is cracked, but Mr Alie has offered to replace the one piece for you. -The penny sized hole at entrance of home was repaired at no cost by AHI although we did not notice how it was made; we still suggest a door stop be added there; we can also add this for you. It is our mission to ensure our clients are always 100% pleased with our company and return for other improvements. Certainly reach out to us in the office for any further assistance.
