Raul and his team did a high quality job for a reasonable price. He never tried to pressure me into making decisions, or tempt me with a discount. He gave me a price and did the job. His team did everything we discussed - removed existing roof tiles and paper, replaced rotted sheeting, added flashing where we had none, installed roof vents and installed new GAF Timberline tiles. It looks wonderful. And he did it so quickly - his crew was out here within a few days of signing the contract and completed the job in 2.5 days. They cleaned everything up beautifully. I would hire Raul again without hesitation.

Our leak occurred where our Satellite TV dish was attached to the roof. We had the dish removed from the roof, but the satellite company did not remove the other hardware. Eliseo came by and gave us a quote right away and showed us images of the moss on the roof. They were available to work on a Saturday, so we did not lose time from work. Two people came out and removed the extra hardware from the roof. They repaired the main leak area and also another area they noticed that we did not know of. They replaced the pipe boots with new ones and checked around the vents for other problem area. They did all of this for a very reasonable price. They removed all the moss from the roof without pressure washing and applied moss-kill. They also cleaned the gutters. They did advise us that if another leak occurs that we should consider re-roofing in the future as our roof is over 20 years old. They did not try to pressure us to re-roof this time. They cleaned up all the moss debris.
