The professionalism was great. They called to confirm the time the day prior to service day, called 30 minutes prior to arrival for the cleaning. The guys did an excellent job cleaning, didn't bump the freshly painted walls, and left everything in great shape. I did get the disinfecting done because I wasn't sure how long/if ever the ducts had been cleaned. They were great with my dog, she is usually skittish around new people but she loved these guys. I have recommended them on Facebook and to all my friends who live in this area.

Workers did an excellent job. They came back on another day to clean a vent cover that accidentally had debris on it. I was pleased they came back so quickly.

They originally came out to clean my ducts and vents and I was given a price from the office (American Air Mold Solutions, LLC) but after arriving, I was given a higher price for the same work. But this was not the worst problem, we needed sump pumps put in in my basement and he gave us an overall price of $4938.00 and my husband and I decided that he had doubled the price and the price was too high. He said if we give them a good rating he would take off $400.00. My husband did not want them to do the work because he said they were overcharging and I said the same thing but I decided to let them do the work against my husband consent and I paid for that decision. He wrote up a separate price for installing the two sump pumps ($3200.00 and we already had one of the sump pumps so they only had to purchase one. The gentleman came the next day to install the sump pumps and told us that he charges $350.00 for each hole he cuts which would have been $700.00 total and was told that the parts cost a little over $300.00. So the total should have been a little over $1000.00 and he was charging us $3200.00. I called Chris after overhearing a conversation with the person doing the sump pumps and he told him to never discuss a price with a customer after he had already given a price. I told him that he had overcharged us and he apologized and still only gave us over $900.00 back so he should have given us more but we will never use him again. We were overcharged for the entire job.

Very polite and professional.!! They worked an extra weekend shift to get us in under our time constraints. Only complaint is that the cost of the job doubled from the estimate when they found mildew. But they did clean each duct twice to radicate
