Dan came out on Friday 04/19/24 which is the same day I made my inquiry. Talk about fast service. He provided me an estimate for both a repair and replacement to my exterior water line that was leaking. His quoting was much more reasonable than 2 other contractors I received estimates from. He assured me that he believes the leak is right at the house with the water problems I was having. American Plumbing came out Monday 04/22/24 to repair my leak and sure enough it was right at the house. The crew was very professional and polite and made sure they took care of my plants that were in the area to be dug up. Not only did they put my flower bed back in place but you canâ t tell I ever had work done. Thank you so much to American Plumbing for fixing my leak and working within my budget. I would highly recommend for your water line repair or replacement.

This was the only water line leak repair company that recommended a leak detection service before the repair. We had 1" black pipe that was only 23 years old so it was not time for a full replacement. Dan and his crew were great to work with and saved us a lot of money.

The water pipe from the outside meter to my townhouse started to leak. I received several estimates and American Plumbing was the cheapest. Also the other contractors planned to dig up the entire yard to install the new water line whereas American Plumbing dug just two holes outside.. This is a very professional organization that is among the best contractors I have hired. Dan handled the paperwork needed by our insurance company in a very responsive manner and answered all my questions. They provided a video on the work completed. I highly recommend this firm.

Daniel Parris is the owner of this company and came in person to quote this project in an hour after my inquiry. The quote included the replacement of the underground water pipe with a new copper pipeline. I prefer to work with family owned businesses vs. large companies who try to rip you off by overcharging and adding in the services you don't need. Dan changed my main water in valve and the water pressure reducing valve for FREE!! What a generous man! The projected time frame to complete the project was 6 hours but they finished in less than 4 hours. I strongly recommend contacting this company for a quote and using their services.
