If I could give 10 stars I would. From beginning to end a wonderful experience. Mike the owner was professional and thorough. Gave us fair quote and knew what was needed Reggie the man who did the restoring of our Mexican tile was meticulous. Was a classy professional who took pride in his work. Floors are beyond perfect

I was called within minutes of disconnecting from Home Advisor requesting a bid on a Sunday! 24 hours later Michael came and made careful observations and took astute measurements. The bid was then made on site. I waited 24 hours for all the bids to come in and then selected American Stone Kare. Some were higher and others were lower but I was impressed with the sense of urgency and professionalism as well as able to meet my schedule. Joel and Ernice arrived within 36 hours of agreeing to the price and they were diligent, honest and hard working. Joel took the time to point out some areas that were missed in the original quote and stated he would take care of it and he did. Now the floors look amazing and probably better than new. Michael came to follow up and do a final inspection which was a nice touch. The entire team was professional and very engaged in making sure I was pleased with their work. So pleased, I have agreed to an annual follow up for general maintenance and polishing. Repeat business is the best recommendation!
