Amish Country Gazebos

They installed a pavilion in my backyard. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. Very satisfied with communication and customer service. I would have given Amish Gazebo a 5 star. However, carpenters did not cleanup after themselves. Left a bag of styrofoam packing in my yard. Also, left a beer can in my bushes and plastic container in my fire pit.

Everything went well. The best part of it is you get a beautiful gazebo. It looks much better than most other gazebos on the market. Very happy with Amish Country Gazebos.

Great company to work with! They kept me updated as my order was working its way through their shop and arrived to install on the day and time that was scheduled (after driving from PA to VA that morning!), which was actually earlier than originally quoted. The guys that installed my pergola were pleasant to deal with and were very thoughtful in their install approach. Not so much as a spec of saw dust was left on my patio when they left. Very professional. I'll definitely be using this company again for my next project.

We love our new Pergola and can't wait to get our outside kitchen installed under it! What great communication and service from Amish Country Gazebos. They communicated throughout the process and arrived to install when they said they would (which was actually sooner than first quoted). The team that installed was very thorough and thoughtful with their approach. We'll definitely being doing business with them again!

This has to be the best gazebo manufacturing and installation company ever! I purchase a 20-foot double-roof gazebo for my home 20 years ago! They delivered it, then workers (delightful) from the company arrived to finish assembling it (screens, put top roof on, electric, because some parts are too tall to drive under bridges etc.). We have been in heaven enjoying our gazebo ever since! We enjoyed our gazebo by our pool and WHAT a pretty reflection it made in the pool too! We recently sold our home in CT and are now in RI and we absolutely intend on purchasing another gazebo again from AMISH COUNTRY GAZEBOS. They are outstanding! No problems in 20 years ever!!! And gazebo looks as good as the day it was delivered! Highly recommended!

Purchased a pergola and was happy with the purchase. Imagine my surprise received a threatening letter ~3 months later demanding an additional payment of $130++ dollars to cover state taxes OR ELSE they would report me to the TAX AUTHORITIES. Buyer beware. A company that sells products for >$1,500 a pop and doesn't do it's due diligence to provide a proper invoice and then sends an unreasonable demand letter with less than 10 days to comply!? I have emailed 2 different customer service departments at this company and there was no response whatsoever for over 2 weeks. What a terrible company. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. I want to return their stupid pergola and get a full refund due to their bad business practices, but they are too chicken *** to admit their mistake and apologize! Shame on you Amish Country Gazebos!!!

I have been in construction for 42 years and this gazebo is the best quality I have ever seen. It's actually way overbuilt which is a good thing if you want it to last. Delivery was perfect and all parts were in perfect condition. Would highly recommend them.

The craftmanship attention to detail, and customer service is excellent. Highly recommend!
