No sense of urgency to address my issue and have been dealing with this issue for about 5 months and I am still parking in the driveway!

The repairman was courteous, efficient, and the company provided a fair price for the work. The only issue I had was the repairman didn't show up on time. They gave a window of 2-4. I told them that the latest for that date was 2:30. They scheduled it anyway. When they called at 3:30 and said they were on their way. I cancelled and rescheduled.

Sam quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me some options. Some parts had to be ordered to complete the job and he let me schedule it for a time that was good for me. He returned on the scheduled day, quickly took care of everything and walked me through what he had done. He also showed me something me easy fixes that I could take care of myself. Overall very happy with Apex.

We had a garage door emergency after car tire met garage door track and the meeting did not go well! :). We were worried about safety with the garage door unable to close.
