I first contacted Armstrong & Associates back in July of 2018 He has done the plans for both my commercial and residential properties. I was so impressed with Their quality of work, attention to detail and intelligence that I stayed in contact with Them ever since. As my business grew, I went back to Armstrong & Associates for plans for the subsequent projects. Regardless of the city, Armstrong & Associates managed to navigate the bureaucratic quagmire at the planning and building department and got my plans approved with the least amount of corrections. I remember a couple of times that we had no corrections (something that is extremely rare). I have been with Armstrong & Associates for more that 4 years now and I'm very happy with the service. As a business guy, I did my due diligence to see what else was out there, but I recognized real quick that no one can beat Armstrong & Associates when it comes to service and affordability. I highly recommend these guys.

I had issues with contacting him as his phone was not set up for messages. Texting worked some times but he was not always timely on his responses. He got the plans to the county on the last day of the contract. He was courteous and helpful most of the time and had a great disposition. Moving forward I think being more available would greatly enhance his business.

Response from Company:

I appreciate your feedback and am glad we were able to address your concerns. This review is very disappointing considering I provided you a generously discounted rate for high quality of work after you told me how you were burned in the past and did not receive neither plans nor permit. I would like to address your concerns: I am always clear to clients that I need up to 72 hours to respond to non-emergency matters. You called a total of 20 times, sent approximately 20, if not more, texts and emails that became threatening within a 12-hour period. I still managed to remain calm and professional with you. At one point, the County requested that you stop emailing and badgering them so often after I already told you that I was in constant communication with them to secure your permit. Proof of that is your permit in hand. Not to mention that I provided you 2 free site visits, conducted multiple meetings with both my team and the County to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and expediency on your project, and remained patient when you had multiple personal issues and were unable communicate. This lost time totaled at least two weeks, which would account for the time we went over contract. Redesign and submitting to the County can be more time consuming than appears from the final documents or what you anticipate. However, I am pleased that despite this premature review your permit has been successfully issued to you and the project is now complete. Please let me know if you run into any issues updating or removing this review as discussed and agreed upon during our recent phone conversation. I thank you for acknowledging that your claims regarding our communication skills and availability are not entirely accurate. Again I understood from the beginning that you we scammed trusting another service provider. And that you were very anxious which caused you to write this scathing review and send constant threats of lawsuit during this project after a call was not returned within a few hours. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter, I genuinely appreciate it.
