Would HIGHLY recommend Arizona Glass & Shower!! Mike was absolutely awesome! From the first moment on the phone explaining what I needed fixed, he was super transparent & professional - he asked all the right questions needed to get the job done and made me feel extremely comfortable hiring him! He was also able to come the very next day to complete the work, which is almost unheard of! What really impressed us was he came prepared in case the original part I thought needed to be replaced wasn't actually what needed to be replaced, and it was a good thing he did, because it indeed needed a different type of hinge and he already had it with him!! He was kind enough to explain what exactly broke on the original hinge when I asked him and showed us how the hinge was put together and how it operated. He was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing while completing the work. He left our bathroom/shower area clean as if he was never there! I also want to mention that I looked around and collected quite a few quotes - Mike at Arizona Glass & Shower was the ONLY company that gave me an honest quote that didn't seem highly inflated - He broke down the price for the parts as well as the labor right up front. I would absolutely do business with him again in the future when we remodel our guest bathroom shower area! Again, I highly recommend his work and will be telling everyone I know!

I had a problem that I wanted to be fixed and I had to express my intentions that what he initially fixed. Did not fix the problem. He was ready to leave, but I had to tell him that he did not fix the problem. I was disappointed!
