One of our customers needed to have a new panel installed to accommodate the power requirements of the new equipment they purchased for us. We needed a fully qualified professional electrician to do the job and we were working with a time dead line as the new equipment they purchased from us was being delivered in 3 days. Mr. McKenzie promptly responded to our call and was on site with our customer to survey what needed to be done within an hour of our initial request. The job was completed on time as he had arranged with our customer and because of this our customer was able to avoid interruption of business. We would like to thank B Town Electric for helping us to meet this critical deadline with our customer, your most timely and professional response to our request really made two companies very happy. B'Town Electric arrived when he said he would, listened to my needs, inspected the situation and then returned at an agreed upon later date to do the work. While here, he noticed a problem with the fuse box, spoke to us about it, showed us where the problem was and we asked him do that work also. Nothing but highest praise and confidence in work completed.
